Step into a world of refined indulgence with A European High Tea Journey, The Westin Perth’s newest high tea experience at Haven Lounge, inspired by the timeless elegance and culinary artistry of Europe.
This curated experience invites guests to savour iconic delicacies from across the continent - beginning with the classic English vanilla bean scone with berry jam, to Vienna’s decadent Sacher Torte, rich with dark chocolate and a whisper of apricot, then onto Paris with delicate macarons and hazelnut mille-feuille, where delicate layers and vibrant flavours unfold in every bite; from the golden, honey cake decadence of Eastern European Medovik, to the slow-braised comfort of Dutch Hachee Pie and the bold, savoury taste of Bavarian Laugen rolls with obatzda, smoked ham and sauerkraut— each dish a tribute to some of Europe’s most treasured culinary traditions. Upgrade your experience with a glass of Sparkling Wine or Champagne.
Sittings are available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 11AM and 2.30PM, $79.00 per person including unlimited tea and coffee. Upgrade your experience with a glass of sparkling wine or Champagne or pair your high tea with a glass of Whispering Angel Rosé.
