Inspired by the sun-drenched cafés, azure waters and timeless sophistication of Saint-Tropez, this carefully curated afternoon delight captures the colours, flavours and effortless elegance of the French Riviera, offering a taste of a leisurely Mediterranean escape.
Begin with a freshly baked fig scone served with whipped cream before indulging in an array of handcrafted sweets, including almond praline with vanilla crèmeux, delicate lemon and lavender financier, white peach macarons and the iconic Tarte Tropézienne, a beloved pastry synonymous with the French Riviera. Savoury highlights include smoked salmon roulade with dill crème fraîche and roe, traditional pissaladière with caramelised onion and anchovy, slow-cooked beef daube encased in golden puff pastry, and a chicken, tarragon and capers sandwich bursting with fresh Mediterranean flavours.
Available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday at 11.00am and 2.30pm, this indulgent experience is priced at $79 per person, including unlimited tea and coffee.
